Project Managers

We are always looking for experienced leaders with a background in engineering to lead our project teams to a safe, on-time and value-creating project finish.
Project managers must be licensed civil engineers with significant experience in engineering and construction, people management and client / subcontractor management.
We value integrity and a commitment to safety above all else.

Our projects hinge on the expertise of civil engineers, electrical engineers and designers depending on the project. Roles range from head office work (pre-contracts, design, document control) to on-site work at our projects across the country.
We accept licensed engineers and value, in particular, exposure to a wide range of projects, involvement in several phases of a project from planning to project closing and experience with international construction standards.
Our engineers must be open to collaboration and able to clearly communicate project needs.

Our Zero Harm policy captures our commitment to health, safety and the environment in all of our projects. We are always looking for safety officers who are able to embody this commitment but also have the communication and leadership skills necessary to instill a similar focus on HSE in other people.
All our safety officers are OSH-accredited with years of experience in a wide range of construction and maritime projects.
Apart from being proactive advocates of safety, we value safety officers who are able to inspire similar high standards in others to uphold the saying, “safety is everyone’s responsibility.”

To be able to deliver excellence in our projects, we at Prime BMD believe in the importance of meticulous land surveying and project planning in any of our endeavors. We require the expertise of geologists and geotechnical engineers with experience in construction surveying to ensure that all our bases are covered going into any project.

Our project teams require a multitude of roles from foremen to construction managers to QA/QC managers to heavy equipment operators and more.
