Last week, we launched the PrimeBMD Leadership Circle Program at Belmont Hotel Manila, facilitated by ITD World.
Our first session was about unleashing creativity and innovation among our senior staff and project team leaders by tackling current business challenges and providing solutions. We followed the framework “Action Learning”, a process which involves a small group working on real problems, taking action, and learning as individuals and as teams.
The program promoted an empowering and collaborative environment for effective communication among our leaders.
“I think the best part of the day was seeing our people identify real problems they see in the business and their genuine want to improve them,” said Head of Construction Mick Slocombe.
