Prime BMD Joins Successful Coastal Cleanup Drive at SM By The Bay

On the morning of September 21, 2024, Prime BMD proudly took part in a coastal cleanup event along SM By The Bay, organised by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). This event was part of the larger International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) initiative, which aims to engage communities worldwide in preserving marine environments and mitigating ocean pollution. 

Over twenty representatives from Prime BMD, including managers and key personnel, eagerly joined the effort. The turnout was impressive, with hundreds of volunteers from various organisations and communities contributing to the cause.

Participants spent the morning collecting plastic waste, discarded items, and other debris scattered along the coastline. For Prime BMD, the event not only highlighted the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) but also fostered camaraderie among team members.

Prime BMD looks forward to more opportunities to partner with local organisations and government bodies in future efforts to safeguard the environment.
