Prime BMD puts premium on employee wellbeing and workplace safety

Workplace safety has always been our number one priority here at Prime BMD. Safety talk and toolbox meetings are conducted on a daily basis to constantly elevate the safety mindset of our workers in performing their work safely and to avoid accidents. Our regular practice of Activity Based Conversation (ABC’s) in the workplace serves as an avenue to engage our workforce in understanding the risk and safe practices of the activity and ensure they all go home safe.

Conducting safety talk and toolbox meetings on a regular basis helps our team in building a strong safety culture and reinforcing Prime BMD’s commitment on “Zero Harm” to protect our workers and employees.
