Prime BMD strengthens initiatives to train and develop young engineers

Last February 19, a Lunch and Learn session with Prime BMD Leadership Team and Graduate Engineers was held at Solaire Resort and Casino. The team convened to discuss matters on skill and professional development over a sumptuous meal. During the session, the young engineers shared their learning experiences from being involved in the different facets of the business. Soon after, Prime BMD CEO Jocot de Dios and COO Mick Slocombe talked through what the company has mapped out for our graduate engineers in terms of their learning journey and career path with Prime BMD.
