About the project
The Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) CFS-1 project, awarded to PrimeBMD by International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), covered two stages: the demolition of the CFS-1 warehouse in Tondo, Manila and the transformation of the demolished area into an empty container yard. With MICT’s escalating requirement for a storage space for their containers, PrimeBMD successfully levelled and concreted 19,000m2 of land to address this need. An additional container wash area was also constructed.
