The client, Height Realty Inc., is planning to build a high-end residential subdivision in Las Piñas, Metro Manila called Southlinks Development. The area is located within the previous Southlinks Golf Club.
This development spans 46.06 Ha which is divided by the Southvale Drive (Main Access) into two phases: phase 1 (North Zone) and Phase 2 (South Zone). The North Zone will feature residential lots and the Clubhouse while the South Zone will have provisions for retail, hotel, and residential condominiums.
