PrimeBMD participates in blood drive

In coordination with the Philippine National Red Cross and in parallel to the World Blood Donor Day, PrimeBMD conducted a Blood Letting Drive on June 21, 2019, in our site at Manila International Container Terminal (MICT).

With the themes “Be Someone’s Hero. Share Life. Give Blood.” and “Dugo Mo Buhay Ko” (Your Blood, My Life), the program aimed to inculcate awareness that blood donation is a humanitarian act and to create a consciousness on the importance on blood donation in saving the lives of millions of people.

The drive was also conducted in line with PrimeBMD’s Health Program and its goal for Zero Harm.

The PrimeBMD employees who participated did so voluntarily, earnestly agreeing to donate their drawn blood to those who in need of it. Through this kind act, they have become heroes, for their blood will be instrumental to saving someone’s life.
