Prime BMD project to connect Robinsons destination estate to SCTEx

Manila, Philippines – Prime Metro BMD Corporation (Prime BMD) is constructing a trumpet interchange and access bridge as part of the initial phase of Robinsons Land Corporation’s (RLC) Montclair destination estate development in Pampanga.

The Montclair Interchange connects to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) in both directions with international standard on and off ramps and an eight-lane toll plaza. Adjacent to it is the 323-meter road pavement and 62-meter Montclair Access Bridge.

“We are pleased to work with Robinsons Land Corporation on this important project and we thank them for their trust in Prime BMD,” said Prime BMD CEO Jocot de Dios. “This project, once completed, will provide ease of connection for future residents and locators of Montclair, and will support economic growth in the region,” he added.

Progress at the interchange is already at 75 percent and will be completed by December 2021, while construction of the access bridge is targeted to be finished by 2022. Works for the access bridge include the construction of retaining walls, fences, and utilities infrastructure along the roads such as storm drainage, sewer line, water line, and electrical service works.
